During June – August 2026, Centre CIVIS provides operational and logistical support to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection to promote and facilitate the use of the e-Zilier Information System (https://zilieri.gov.md/), which is in essence a national digital registry for tracking day laborers in agriculture. The system simplifies registration process of day laborers and days worked, increases traceability and facilitates calculation and reporting of contributions, according to the legislation. The system became functional on June 1, 2026. The assignment is financed by the International Labour Organization.
